1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Agle (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of service
Agle is an AI customer manager platform for creators and brands. The Service provides a branded bio page, AI-powered visitor chat, knowledge-base grounding, complaint handling, task completion within supported workflows, meeting booking integrations, escalation notifications, and analytics. Features may vary by plan.
3. Account registration and security
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Agle. If you use Agle on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload to Agle, including brand copy, documents, products, links, and agent configuration. You grant Agle a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and use your content solely to provide and improve the Service, including AI inference, vector search, and visitor-facing responses.
You represent that you have the rights to upload and use all content you provide, and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Agle to:
- Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or harassment
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
- Generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Misuse AI features to impersonate others or mislead visitors
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Upload malware, malicious code, or content that violates third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice where permitted by law.
6. AI disclaimer
Agle uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and take supported actions. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Agle includes a confidence gate and escalation system, but you remain responsible for reviewing escalated conversations and verifying information your agent provides to visitors.
Agle is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice. Do not rely on AI responses for decisions that require professional judgment.
7. Billing and subscriptions
Agle offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro, Business). Paid subscriptions are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through Xendit, which supports GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, QRIS, and bank Virtual Accounts.
- Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with reasonable notice before your next billing cycle
- Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of paid features
- Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise
Free access during launch periods, if offered, is provided at our discretion and may change with notice.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but partial refunds are not provided except as stated in our Refund Policy.
9. Termination by Agle
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, engage in fraud or abuse, or if required by law or a payment partner. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
10. Intellectual property
Agle owns all rights in the platform, software, design, trademarks, and documentation, excluding your content. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or IDR 1,000,000 if you are on the free tier.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Agle harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
14. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where your express consent is required by law.
