Agle (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an AI customer manager platform for creators and brands. Our website is available at agle.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: email address, username, password (hashed), and profile settings you provide during registration.
• Content you upload: brand copy, documents, product catalogs, links, media, and agent configuration (persona, tone, rules).
• Visitor data: messages sent to your AI customer manager, conversation threads, and optional contact details visitors provide.
• Analytics: page views, chat events, link clicks, intent classifications, and resolution metrics from your bio page.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and log data necessary to operate and secure the service.
• Payment information: when you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Xendit. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We use your information to:

• Operate your AI customer manager and branded bio page
• Power RAG-based answers grounded in your knowledge base
• Classify visitor intent, handle complaints, and complete supported tasks
• Send escalation notifications and emails you configure
• Provide analytics and dashboard visibility
• Process subscriptions and billing through our payment provider
• Improve, secure, and maintain the Agle platform

We do not sell your personal data.

Depending on your location, we process personal data based on:

• Contract: to provide the service you signed up for
• Legitimate interest: to secure the platform, prevent abuse, and improve product quality
• Consent: where required for optional features or marketing communications
• Legal obligation: where we must comply with applicable law

• Xendit — payment processing for paid subscriptions

Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements where applicable.

• Account data: retained while your account is active, plus up to 30 days after deletion request
• Visitor chat data: retained for up to 12 months unless you delete it sooner
• Analytics: retained for up to 24 months in aggregated or identifiable form as needed for reporting
• Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
