Refund Policy

1. Overview
Agle is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription platform. Because digital services are delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below. Please read this policy before subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Free tier
The Agle free tier does not require payment. No refunds apply to the free tier because no charges are made.
3. Paid subscriptions — 7-day refund window
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Business) for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first charge date, provided you have not substantially used paid-only features beyond reasonable evaluation (e.g., unlimited conversations, meeting booking, or commerce support at scale).
4. No refunds after 7 days
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. The Service has been made available to you for the billing period you paid for, and you may continue using paid features until the end of that period even after cancellation.
5. Annual plan pro-rata refund
If you purchase an annual subscription, you may request a pro-rata refund within 30 calendar days of the annual charge date only. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Pro-rata refunds are calculated based on unused full months remaining in your subscription term.
6. Exceptions
We will issue a refund outside the standard windows if:
- Agle experienced a technical failure that prevented you from using paid features for an extended period (typically 48+ consecutive hours)
- You were charged twice for the same subscription period (duplicate charge)
- You were charged without authorization (fraudulent transaction)
Exception refunds are evaluated case by case. We may request transaction details or screenshots to verify the claim.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp at +6285117017415 with:
- Your Agle account email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference from Xendit
- A screenshot of the charge (if available)
- A brief reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through Xendit back to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. Agle cannot control processing times after the refund is initiated.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please contact us on WhatsApp before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks often take longer to resolve than direct contact with us.
If we determine a chargeback was filed fraudulently (e.g., claiming non-delivery while actively using paid features), we may suspend your account pending investigation.
